We had a very wonderful stay the house was great. We only had a problem with a flat tire in one of the bikes. I recommend the house and will probably stay again. Nice location
It was fabulous. Everything was great. The only issue that we had, was the garbage was already full when we checked in. So we went ahead and put the can out for Thursady p/u, even though we checked out on Tuesday.
I am rating my stay on all questions as 5. We had such a great time. I would like to come back soon. Thank you for your prompt response to my calls. The Sandy Beach Rentals Staff are all very efficient!

the china was very nice but for a family place would have liked to see more plastic stuff.thats all. we had fun enjoyed our selfs the place was great location the neighbors were very friendly look foward to renting agin the same place.
Please add to your book on the property, closest grocery store, drug store, amenities other than restaurants.We could not locate the trash pickup days anywhere in the literature, didn't know when to put the trash out...

The cleaning crew had done a nice job preparing the place. The location of the property was very good and we got to enjoy the beach a lot. Our only recommendations would be some minor repairs or upkeep on some of the items, such as: 1) The pocket door on the master bedroom was off hinge and if you closed the door all the way ... you couldn't open it from the outside (our kids got stuck inside the bathroom for over 10 minutes on the first day as we wiggled & jiggled the door to get them out). 2) The ice in the freezer had rust or something awful on it. 3) The beach umbrella was pretty much wind blown and destroyed and should be replaced. 4) The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not working when we first tried to use it (we found out there was a problem with the drain when the dishes we tried to wash in the dishwasher came out dirtier than when we put them in). We had an allen wrench on us and turned it manually from under the sink, which drained and unstuck the disposal and got it to work again ... then the dishwasher worked great.Overall, the things that needed to be taken care of, were addressed by the property managers/owners and we hope addressing the items which we have mentioned above will help improve the next person's stay at this location.
We had a great week, great weather. The place would be PERFECT if it had a/c and a WASHER AND DRYER ...that was a big downfall, but still it was fun and we would think about booking it again next year
Garage for this unit was too small for just about any vehicle. Fortunately there was an additional parking space with the house. I wish there would have been a washer/dryer available. There was not a broom in the house. 2 of the bedrooms had beds too big for the space. The king bed did not allow us to access all of the dresser drawers and the door to the room with the twin beds didn't close due to a bed in the way. The kitchen could have used more dishes and utensils. Unit was very clean.( especially bathrooms and kitchen which is important to me)
