The cottage itself was lovely for us. We have 2 small children and the fenced in front yard was excellent, cottage was nicely furnished with all the essentials. Not so excellent was the non-stop parties on either side of us and accross the walkway. I understand now that there is a noise bylaw, and because we were the only family on the street, it seemed a moot point to complain (at when we did were were told to call the police, which seemed a bit harsh). I was happy to leave the "spring break Atmosphere" behind. I was told that we infact were staying the party area, and should have booked closer to the warf for a less festive holiday. So - if your looking to party with 20 year olds until 3:00am every nigh.... I would highly recommend.
