As you enter the house, down and to the left is the Bamboo room imported straight from Casa blanca with a queen size bed with wonderful decor. There is also a cable TV in this room. You can also enter from the garage area and up the stairs to the main level.........

Going up the stairs brings you to the main living and dining areas. You can sit and relax upon a large wrap around leather sofa as you strategize your plans for engaging in all of the fun activities that Pacific Beach and San Diego have to offer. Whether it is strolling along the baordwalk, enjoying the excitement of Sea World, La Jolla, or galavanting downtown in the Gaslamp District, this house is close to everything! There is Cable TV, DVD, and Stereo.

The sunsets are perfect and just a few steps away from the beautiful home. You can enjoy the warm summer breezes as you cook up dinner in the gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and top of the line range and ovens. The dining area is open to the living and kitchen and perfect for your family gathering. Although you are close to all of the fabulous restaurants of downtown Pacific Beach, you won't want to eat out when everything you need is right there for you!

The main level also includes a spacious bedroom with queen futon and one twin bed. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the kitchen area! It is a full bath with shower and tub.

Upstairs we offer 2 more bedrooms. The South side Master has a queen bed and private TV.

The master bathroom offers a splendous bathtub, shower area, complete with granite and plenty of light. Down the hall is the North Master bedroom that offers an additional Queen bed with private bathroom and cable TV. The full size Washer and dryer are located in the hall area for your use!

Pacific Beach is located just North of Mission Beach and South of La Jolla. This home is located on Chalcedony street and just a few short steps to the famous boardwalk and Oceanfront.

This home is available Friday to Friday in June, and Saturday to Saturday for July , and August in 2009. Just steps to the boardwalk, beach, and a few blocks to the pier!

We also offer the house right next door as our Big House by the Sea #3. Please call us if you have a larger group. We can offer you a discount when renting both homes together. They are located in a great area and perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats.
