The beach access is just 50 steps away! In just a short time you can be wiggling your toes in the sand!!

On the ground level of this lovely new property there is a patio area. The patio area offers a gas grill. There is access from the side door or through the slider of the downstairs bedroom. The patio is pretty cool. It offers a semi private outdoor shower to rinse the sand off your feet or just to cool off...

There is also a raised deck area that allows you to see the ocean. Each unit offers an entry level bedroom. Our secure keyless entry system allows you access. This level offers a full size fold down sofa sleeper. They are comfy and can be set back out of the way during the day. There is a large glass sliding door that leads to the outside patio and a bathroom with sink and toilet just off the bedroom. There is a powder room on the first floor for your convenience.

Up the stairs to the 2nd level you will enter into the living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers Large flat screen Cable TV. Views of the ocean and access to the outside balcony! The layout is nice in this area. The dining is open into the living room and the deck has access from the dining area as well as the living area.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for your family meals with dishware, flatware, cookery, and small appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining area which is great for entertaining. The outside balcony offers a table and seating for 4 more guests. Along with the dining table and barstools.. there is seating for 10 guests. Oh and don't forget the oceanview with breakfast and sunsets with dinner!

Back to the living area, there are 2 more fold down sleeper sofas here. They are full size and also fold up out of the way during the day. There is a hall that leads to the washer and dryer, and the two large bedrooms.

Bath towels are provided for your visit as well as linens, don't forget to bring your beach towels!

The first bedroom on your left or West side is the Master bedroom. This room offers a queen size bed and private access to a large bathroom. The bathroom features a shower and dual sink vanity area and lots of closet space. Lounge in bed while watching your flat screen TV

Further down the hall and to your right or on the East side is the additional bedroom. This room also offers a queen bed. There is an additional shower bathroom that can be accessed easily from the living area or this bedroom. This bedroom also offers a sliding door that accesses a back balcony area. This area can be used to exit the beach house as well.

This duplex offers a shared garage for both units. Each homes gets a tandem parking space in the same garage area. Access will be with a garage code for the door. This parking area will accommodate 2 compact vehicles up to midsize. Please call for measurements if you are traveling with an oversized car or just to be sure.
